Shipping methods, delivery time and track link
Our shipping method contains: DHL, UPS, EMS, FedEx, HKpost, CNpost and other international express.
After you complete your order, you will get an email which needs you confirm receiver's information and customs value.
Once your parcels send out, we will update the tracking number on the website, and you will get an email with the tracking number directly. you can track your parcel status via below tracking link accordingly.

Please allow 7-15 business days for your order to arrive. If 15 days has gone by since your order date, you can contact us via our contact us page.
Order Processing: Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping Days: Orders are usually shipped weekdays with the exception of public holidays.
Order Addresses: Orders are sent to the delivery address submitted with your order. Please ensure this address is correct or shipping charges for the return of the parcel and resend the parcel will be charged to you.
Order Tracking: All orders are assigned a tracking ID. Your parcel can be tracked to the point of delivery. In some International countries, it may not be possible to track your parcel past the point of exit as the postal provider in your country may not provide this as a service.
Countries: We only ship to the United States.
Missing, damaged or incorrect orders: Please report missing parcels, damaged or incorrectly filled orders via our support page. Please quote your order number with your email.
